Our Leadership Team
Teamii was founded by Peter Putros and Paul White in 2018.
They were united by a shared passion for providing high quality educational opportunities for the next generation.
Together they identified a need for high-quality school workshops and initiatives that create an inspirational spark for pupils on their educational journey.
Our Story
Paul had been working in schools for ten years running after school clubs and holiday sports camps. It was here that he harnessed and developed ideas to ignite pupils’ imagination and create wonder and awe.
Witnessing how these inspired and motivated children he decided he wanted to do more. Meanwhile, Peter had been working in chemical engineering and, whilst loving the subject, was missing a sense of fulfilment.
Peter started working alongside Paul in running after school clubs to try something new and he realised that he felt most impassioned by education, praticularly through sharing it with young people.
The joy of teaching with a wow really left its mark and Peter decided this was the path for him.
Peter and Paul joined together to create Teamii with the joint vision of inspiring future generations. Together they have developed many different brands that make up the Teamii family.
These brands are clearly focused on enriching the school curriculum. Each workshop is meticulously crafted so that it not only educates but creates excitement and instils inspiration whilst enhancing the pupil’s classroom-based study.
Peter and Paul both firmly believe that learners regardless of background should be offered an enriching and rewarding education.
